ponshold

one pool. one contract. every holder paid by how long they held.

every round the pot buys the token back on its own pool and hands it to every wallet in the holder set. the split is balance times a multiplier that grows from one to eight with the age of the bag. sell any of it and the age falls twice as fast as the bag.

how a round works

the contract is the pons creator fee address for this token, so every fee lands in it and in nothing else. that balance is the pot. when six hours have passed and the pot is at least the minimum, anyone can close the round. the closer takes half a percent of the pot for the trouble. the rest is swapped for the token on the pool at the top of the same block, and the tokens bought are what the round pays out.

the payout is not by balance alone. every wallet carries a seat, the mean age of its tokens. the sweep reads every seat and balance as they stood at the moment of the close, weights each balance by the multiplier its age earns, and pays each wallet its share of the bought tokens. paid tokens keep the wallet's seat. sold tokens move it forward by twice the fraction sold. nobody signs anything. nobody can turn it off.

fees arrive

the token trades on pons. every creator fee it earns is paid to the contract. the pot is the contract's balance and nothing else.

next

the round closes

after six hours and past the minimum, anyone closes it. the closer is paid half a percent. the rest buys the token on the pool in the same block, with a three percent bound against the block's opening price.

next

the sweep tallies

the first pass reads every holder's balance and seat as checkpointed at the close, turns age into a multiplier from one to eight, and sums the weights. it walks up to four hundred wallets a call, and anyone may call it.

next

the sweep pays

the second pass transfers each wallet its share of the bought tokens. paid tokens arrive with the wallet's own seat, so being paid never costs age. when the last page is paid the round is sealed and the next one opens.
